BRA:
? Programming refugee hearing sessions before the AD Hoc commission of bureau refugee and stateless.
? Filing hearing records from BRA on excel sheet.
Survey:
? Conducting periodic surveys with refugees regarding documentation (residency, obtention of birth certificate, nationality, interest for naturalization).
? Assisting with legal partner, specifically related to refugee and asylum seekers on the data base.
Lawyer:
? Monitoring individual cases/referral to the main lawyer.
? Update the lawyer reports on the data base.
Reception:
? Participating in refugee reception sessions.
? Updating the protection reception information/counselling on data base.
Support for training:
Training: If necessary, participating in organizing training sessions
Filing:
? Organizing legal documents or references in the physical files of the individuals concerned.
? Assisting with counselling of refugee and asylum seekers and uploading information on the data base.
Preparation of meeting note or report: or any other business.
? Any other support tasks as required by the unit.

Terms of Reference
? University degree in law, political science, or any related field.
